Shipping Method

We are using PostNL, DHL Express and DPD for delivering your goods. More details will be available in your track and trace e-mail. Deliveries in the area of Brussels and The Hague will be delivered by our team. Please note that we do not have a personal delivery service outside these cities!

You can place a order if the total amount is above €35. 

Delivery time

All orders on workingdays (completely submitted and paid) will be dispatched* the next day. Orders in Brussels and The Hague can be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 14:00 PM and if your items are in stock. 

It can take 2-3 workingdays to deliver your parcel. We may (in rare cases) deliver your parcel up to 4 workingdays. This is mainly due to workload on that day. However, in those case, we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

*dispatch: Parcel is handed over to the courier. At this point is the responsibility of your parcel for the courier service. 

Box weight: Our shipping rates are based on parcelweight of 23kg, voluminous orders might require extra boxes even if the orderweight is below 23kg. In that case you will receive the track and trace link multiple times.

Track and Trace

As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you will be sent a track and trace code with trackinglink for each box in your e-mail separately. Please check the junk folder, the trackinglink may be deliverd to your junk folder, and add our e-mailaddress to your safe list.
